Who We Are.
We are a collective of Black women and girls, and the people who believe in us, building community with intention.
This isn’t another happy hour that fades by Monday. Every gathering is designed so the right people meet, what they know changes hands, and ambition finds company.
Some of us are building careers. Some are building businesses. Some are building families, and some are building the courage to start. Some of us have decades of hard-won wisdom, and some of us are just beginning. All of us are better when we’re in the room together.
Our Mission
Black Girls Connect builds multigenerational communities where Black women and girls of every background meet, learn, and move forward together. Through curated events and workshops, we turn connection into the exchange of information, resources, and aligned action.
What We Believe
The right rooms change everything. Access travels through relationships. So we build the rooms, and we fill them with care.
Knowledge is meant to be shared. What one generation learned the hard way shouldn’t have to be learned the hard way again.
Every generation has something to teach. Experience and fresh eyes belong at the same table. The best conversations happen when both are present.
Community is held in common.¹ It belongs to all of us, and it grows when we invest in it together.
Ambition is better with company. No one builds anything meaningful alone, and no one should have to.

Honor Commitments RSVPs are commitments. No-shows take seats from fellow members and disrupt the experience we’re all here to create. To protect the integrity of Black Girls Connect, members with repeated no-shows will be removed from the community.

Is Black Girls Connect Limiting Membership?
Yes. We accept a limited number of new members per city each month.
We personally speak with every applicant in order to keep communities intentional and aligned. This fosters deeper conversations and meaningful connections for all members.

From cocktail hours to workshops, every event is crafted to spark new connections, share knowledge, and create opportunities for growth personally, professionally, and financially.
